Don’t go over board with your baby shower. You can go back to basics when it comes to this instead of shopping for other things to use as giveaways to your guests. You can do it the old fashioned way by giving out baby inspired cookies to your closest friends and family. Instead of buying cookies why don’t you just make one?
Making your own baby shower cookies is truly something special. In making these scrumptious cookies you need to use baby cookie cutters that are baby-theme inspired. You have a lot of shapes and sizes to choose from. The popular shapes are storks that carry babies in blankets, baby booties, baby bottles, baby rattles, or baby carriages. For a more creative and unique results on the cookies you will be serving and giving out you can use “famous” baby-themed designs rather than the traditional ones. Examples of famous baby cookie cutters are carriages, baby bottles, booties and rattles. Compress these cookie cutters to be able to copy the shape of the cookie cutter.
Once those sweet cookies are baked and had cooled down. Frosting usually comes in its white form. You can use edible food coloring in frosting placed in different bowls. There are pink, blue, yellow, and green. These colors are combinations of one or two food colorings. Then color your cookies appropriately. Put them in a box and tie a ribbon around the box.
